互聯網傳承優秀文化倡議書
第二屆世界互聯網大會的“互聯網文化與傳播”論壇：“中國文化網絡傳播”12月17日下午在浙江烏鎮枕水綜合樓榮錦廳舉行。本次論壇議題為本屆世界互聯網大會中唯一一個重點探討在世界互聯網傳播中國優秀傳統文化的議題，以中國文化名家與互聯網大咖跨界對話的形式，探尋中國文化中對網絡空間共治共享的優秀理念和共同價值，并發布《互聯網傳承優秀文化倡議書》。
為了能讓網絡傳承健康陽光的優秀文化，為了能讓文化建設清朗安全的網絡空間，為了能讓文化與網絡良性結合、彼此促進，議題主辦方中國文化網絡傳播研究會，與本場主講嘉賓共同提出《互聯網傳承優秀文化倡議書》。議題主辦方代表，中國文化網絡傳播研究會秘書長、法人代表金海峰宣讀倡議書。以下為《互聯網傳承優秀文化倡議書》全文：
《互聯網傳承優秀文化倡議書》
Inheriting Precious Culture on Internet Initiative
中國文化網絡傳播研究會全體同仁，向全世界熱愛文化、關注網絡生活的人們發出倡議：
To the people around the whole world who love the culture and focus on network, we, all the colleagues of Chinese Culture Institute of Internet Communication, propose:
我們愿全世界人民，在互聯網時代，以良好的心意、陽光的心態，展示健康的文化，以優美的文字、動聽的語言，加強文化交流，化文明沖突為文明對話。
We wish all the people in the internet age could show a healthy culture with a fine and sunshine mental attitude; could strengthen cultural communication and change civilization clash to dialogue with beautiful words and languages.
中國文化源遠流長，飽含智慧，充滿浩然正氣。中國將以五千年文明積累，以古圣先賢的經驗和智慧，奉獻給當代與未來，奉獻給人類和自然。我們將以不懈的努力，將正確的中國文化傳達，讓世界真正讀懂中國，讀懂真正的中國。
Chinese culture has a long history, as while as is full of wisdom and noble spirit. China will dedicate its civilized accumulation in five thousand years history and the ancients' experience and wisdom to the contemporary and future, the humanity and nature. We will convey the correct Chinese culture untiringly so that the world could understand China, the real China.
中國的發展、中國的經驗，中國的思想、中國的價值，是中華優秀傳統文化創造性轉化、創新性發展的寫照。
Chinese development, experience, thought and value are creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture.
中華文明，是一種"中和式文明"，我們的國家，叫"中華人民共和國"。它熱愛自然，祈福和平，重視仁愛，不走極端。仁義、道德、慈悲，已經成為中華文化儒道釋三家的語言符號。
Chinese civilization is a "neutral civilization", our country called "People's Republic of China", who loves nature, prays peace, prefers kindheartedness, and isn't extreme. Virtue, morality and compassion have become the language symbols of Confucian, Taoism and Buddhism.
中國文化網絡傳播研究會的同仁，我們有責任和義務向全世界推介優秀的中國文化，我們深知"以其昏昏，不能使人昭昭"，我們努力在互聯網世界向各國展示真實的中國文化，我們不希望有人帶著偏見，用一知半解的認識、道聽途說的觀點審視中國文化，我們也不用這樣的心理去認識世界文明，"我見青山多嫵媚，料青山見我亦如是"。我們努力把精英層面獨有的思想智慧，轉化為人類共享的文化力量，實現中國先賢夢想的"為天地立心，為生民立命，為往圣繼絕學，為萬世開太平"的宏愿。
We, the members of Chinese Culture Institute of Internet Communication, have the responsibility and obligation to recommend Chinese excellent culture to the world. We all know that "we cannot teach others clearly without knowing it greatly ourselves". We show a real Chinese culture to the world hard, at the same time, we hope that people could look China without prejudice, little knowledge, and misrepresentative ideas, as we will not realize the world culture with the same thought, "I see how charming the castle peak is, the castle peak expect to see if I should." We try to transform the elite-level wisdom uniquely into the culture which could be shared by all the human being to achieve the dream of ancient Chinese wise men, which is "to ordain conscience for Heaven and Earth, to secure life and fortune for the people, to continue lost teachings for past sages, to establish peace for all future generations".
網絡世界，是心靈世界的展現，讓我們自覺承擔起維護網絡文化安全、傳承網絡優秀文化的責任，還心靈一片純凈的天空，給網絡世界一個健康的精神家園。
Network world is the reaction of the spiritual world. Let us assume responsibility of network safe and heritage of excellent network culture to purify our soul as while building a health spiritual home for the online world.
