本人擬決定由國家留學基金委公派至越南河內國家大學學習越南語專業一年。
中、越兩國友好交往源遠流長。
隨著兩國改革開放事業的不斷發展，兩國的交往日益廣泛、深入，越南語作為中越兩國交流的橋梁，其地位與日俱增。
越南河內國家大學作為越南第一所現代大學，是越南國內綜合實力排名第一的高等學府，在越南享有極高的聲譽，并參與編制越南國家政策和戰略，對越南社會經濟發展起了極大的推動作用。
近年來該校廣泛開展國際領域的合作，吸引了來自100多個國家的留學生到該校學習。
其面向國外學生的越南語專業更是熱門學科，同中國多所著名院校開展了學生互換和學術交流，已輸送或培養了大批精通越南語的國際型人才，回國后成為了相關領域的骨干力量。
本人作為北京外國語大學越南語專業品學兼優的在讀本科生，已擁有較扎實的語言基本功和較強的語言運用能力。
此次公派留學的機會更可以增加對對象國的感性認識，開闊視野和提高語言實踐能力，為以后的學習和就業奠定良好的基礎。
在一年的越南留學生活中，本人將利用當地學校充足的語言教學資源，嚴謹治學，科學提高越南語聽力口語綜合水平;同時不僅在課堂、在學校認真汲取知識，還要深入越南社會，將知識運用到生活和與越南人的交往中，了解越南文化，開展跨文化交流學習，培養對越南的深厚感情。
公費留學機會不易，本人一定會珍惜這一年的學習機會，讓自己盡快適應國外的生活，盡自己最大努力學到更多的真才實學。
并且保證在外期間，嚴格要求自己，刻苦學習，提高專業素質，同時遵守國家紀律，團結友愛，尊重對象國文化，發揚中華民族優良傳統，以期未來更好地做出貢獻、創造價值。
我校越南語專業開設有語音、精讀、泛讀、口語、聽力、概況、視聽說、口譯、筆譯、報刊、文學、寫作和第二外語等課程。
留學期滿回國以后，本人將通過四年全面系統的學習，使自己成為具有熟練的越南語聽、說、讀、寫、譯能力的適應社會需求的復合型、復語型的專業人才。
