教學目標：
1、能夠理解并朗讀Let’s read部分的對話，并完成排序練習。
2、通過運用對話中的語句簡單描述某個地點的位置和路線提高學生的語言實際運用能力。
3、進一步鞏固a和e在重讀閉音節中的發音，能夠區分[a]和[e]發音的不同，并準確朗讀或拼讀Pronunciation部分的單詞。
教學重點：能夠聽、說、認讀Let’s read部分的對話。
教學難點：理解句子：What are you going to do after school？ Get off at the cinema。 Then walk straight for three minutes。
教具： 錄音：Let’s read；Pronunciation和掛圖。
教學過程：
一、 Warm –up（熱身）
游戲一：說唱歌謠
（1）將學生分為兩大組，一問一答形式說唱Let’s chant部分歌謠。
（2）教師出示P17插圖，提問：Where is the cinema / bookstore / hospital / school？學生根據圖中內容用恰當介詞來回答。
游戲二：學唱歌曲
（1）播放Let’s sing部分錄音，學生看歌詞跟唱。
（2）教師提問歌詞內容：Where are they going？
引導學生回答：They are going to the mall。
繼續問：What are they going to buy？
學生充分用They are going to buy …。 猜測要買的東西。
（3）引導學生理解be going to表示打算要做的事情。
二、Presentation（新課呈現）
游戲三：談論路線
（1）教師說：I’m going to buy a pair of shoes。 How can I get to …？（熟悉的商店名）
引導學生用You can go by the No。 … bus。 來回答。
接著問：Where shall I get off？（肢體語言幫助學生理解get off的意思。）Get off at the …？（說幾個學生熟悉的站名）啟發學生用Get off at …。說出正確的下車地點。
隨便問幾個學生熟悉的地方How can I get to …，引導學生運用句型You can go by the No。 …bus。 Get off at …。來回答。
（2）教師接著剛才的話題：Is the … near the bus stop？（用目的地離車站較遠的地方舉例。）學生回答：No。 教師繼續說：Walk straight for … minutes。
（3）用肢體語言引導學生理解walk straight的意思，并示范朗讀，學生跟讀。
游戲四：認讀對話
（1）學生自己閱讀對話。
（2）教師就對話內容提問：
T：What is Mike going to do after school？
S：He wants to by a pair of shoes。 （ He is going to buy a pair of shoes。 ）
T：Where is the shoe store？
S：It’s next to the hospital。
T：How can he get there。
S：He can go buy the No。 301 bus。 Get off at the cinema。 Then walk straight for three minutes。 The hospital is on the left。（多讓幾個同學重復回答此問題，并強調這些句子的讀音和意思。）
（3）請學生讀以下短語或教師領讀：shoe store， get off， walk straight。
（4）學生兩人一組朗讀對話。
游戲五：排序練習
（1）請學生朗讀對話下面的四句話：Walk straight for three minutes to the hospital。
Get on the No。301 bus。
Get off at the cinema。
Go next to the shoe store。
（2）教師適當解釋句子：Get on the No。 301 bus。 Go next to the shoe store。
（3）學生依照對話內容獨立完成排序練習，教師巡視檢查輔導。
Get on the No。 301 bus。
Get off at the cinema。
Walk straight for three minutes to the hospital。
Go next to the shoe store。
三、Let’s play（趣味操練）
搶答地名
（1）教師根據當地的實際情況：Get on the No。 … bus and get off at …。 Then walk （straight for … minutes）。 Where is it？
（2）學生答出相應的地名。
（3）找幾個學生用以上句子描述路線，其他學生進行搶答。
語音活動
（1）啟發學生說出字母a和e在單詞中的發音，認讀音標[a]，[e]；教師強調兩個音的口型區別。
（2）請學生拼讀活動手冊P15 （1）Play basketball中的單詞，完成投籃游戲。
（3）學生朗讀活動手冊P15 （2） Read and match 部分的句子，并進行圖句連線練習。
（4）再次縱向朗讀本部分單詞，感悟每組單詞的相同發音，認讀音標[k]，[ɡ]，[f]，[v]， [s]，[z]。
（5）學生獨立完成Read and match部分練習，教師巡視指導。
四、歸納小結
出示重點語句：You can go by the No。 301 bus。 Get off at the cinema。 Then walk straight for three minutes。 The hospital is on the left。 學生朗讀。
