　　請假條相當(dāng)于公文中的“請示”，它是因事、因病或者因公請求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人，準(zhǔn)許不參加某項工作、學(xué)習(xí)、活動的文書。它比請示簡便、靈活，格式可以固定，也可以不固定。請假條因為請假的原因，分為請病假和請事假兩種。它是公文寫作的一個很重要、但經(jīng)常被人們忽略的'一個應(yīng)用文寫作，無論是學(xué)習(xí)，還是工作，我們都離不開請假條，請假條的意義可大可小，很多人往往不夠重視，所以造成了很多笑話。請假條的內(nèi)容包括“標(biāo)題、上款、正文、請假時間、下款”。

　　請假條格式：

　　標(biāo)題：居中寫《請假條》，用來表明此文是用來請假的。

　　稱呼：平時怎么稱呼，這里就怎么寫，后面加冒號。這個地方往往是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人等。

　　正文：請假理由。直接寫請假的原因，起止時間。如果有什么事要交代，也可以在寫完請假原因之后接著寫要交代的事情。正文寫完后要加祝頌語，祝福對方，這個是所有公文里表示對對方的友好。

　　署名：寫在正文下右下方第三行處。如果是學(xué)生向老師請假，在名字前面加上“學(xué)生”二字。

　　日期：寫在署名下面，另起一行。也可以不寫年，最好在月日下面寫上上午或者下午，也可以寫上時分，必要時加上地點。

　　寫作要求：請假條最重要的內(nèi)容是寫明“請假原因和日期”，一定要寫明確，不能只寫“因有事請假”。
