　　尊敬的先生/女士

　　中華慈善總會等國內多家公益民間機構與國際聯合勸募協會、美中貿易全國委員會共同發起的"跨國公司與公益事業高級論壇"(以下簡稱論壇)將于20XX年11月9-11日在北京隆重舉行。

　　此次論壇由高級論壇和公益項目展示會兩部分組成。高級論壇主要包括：中國公益事業的現狀、機遇和挑戰;跨國公司/企業在現代公益事業中的作用、責任和地位;跨國公司和公益機構之間的合作關系及公益機構管理能力的評估機制。

　　公益項目展示會將采取會展形式與論壇同時舉行，供各公司、各公益機構通過圖、文、聲像等形式進行展覽和交流。

　　隨著中國加入世界貿易組織，特別是在中共十六大提出的全面建設小康社會、完善社會經濟改革的方針指引下，此次論壇的召開將為促進跨國公司和中國公益事業的合作發展提供新的契機。

　　我深信，此次論壇將為您提供一次良好的機會來進一步了解中國公益事業的現狀、機遇及其面臨的挑戰;并通過各方的廣泛接觸和交流，促進雙方伙伴關系及合作機制的建立。

　　參加此次論壇的代表將來自多個部門，約有國內外跨國公司/企業代表100名，公益民間機構代表80名，研究部門及相關機構的知名人士等120名。屆時將有政府及有關部門領導人蒞臨大會，這也充分顯示了政府和有關各方對中國公益事業的重視和關心。
