一個(gè)主要的運(yùn)輸為學(xué)校的孩子,交通事故頻繁的學(xué)校巴士可以追溯到幾個(gè)原因。首先,學(xué)校預(yù)算是有限的,因此學(xué)校不提供足夠的公共汽車。其次,《條例》對(duì)重載是不完美的。因此,學(xué)校巴士容納更多的學(xué)生通常比所需數(shù)量,這將是個(gè)潛在的危險(xiǎn)。
為了保障安全的學(xué)校班車、學(xué)校和社會(huì)都必須提高安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合作,負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生。
As we all know, recent accidents resulted from school buses have risen national concern about the safety of school buses.
As a primary transportation for school children, the frequent accidents of school buses can be traced to several reasons. First of all, school budget is limited so that the school cannot afford sufficient buses. Secondly, the regulation on overloading is not perfect. Consequently, school buses often accommodate more students than the required number, which will be potentially dangerous.
In order to guarantee the safety of school buses, schools and the society must cooperate to enhance the security standard and be responsible for the students.

Legal Affairs Office of the State Council of China publicized the exposure draft of School Bus Safety Regulations on Dec. 11th, 2011 to collect public opinions.
During the past year, there have been several severe school bus accidents which claimed many young lives. These tragedies came as a shock to everyone, and they have aroused great concern among people from all walks of life. The publication of the draft regulations indicates that our government has realized how serious the situation is and that it is taking effective measures to ensure the safety of the school bus.
In my opinion, the draft regulations reflect a deep concern from our government as well as from the public about students’ lives. When put into effect, the regulations will surely help reduce the number of accidents and benefit schools and families as well. Also, they will be of vital importance in stabilizing the society.
篇三：校車安全
The death toll in a school bus accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in the northwest province of Gansu has risen to 20 following the death of one child later Wednesday.
The accident happened around 9:40 a.m. in Yulinzi township of Zhengning county, according to a statement from the bureau. The statement said five people died at the scene, including four children and their bus driver, while 15 others, their teacher included, were confirmed dead by the afternoon.The statement said another 44 children were injured in the accident and have been hospitalized. Twelve of the injured are in a serious condition.The truck was carrying coal, the statement said.
The bureau has blamed overloading for the accident, stating that the bus -- a van with nine seats -- was carrying 64 people.
