　　There are a great many hobbies to choose from. Some people enjoy collecting coins or stamps, others choose to spend their time on sports or music.

　　I have many hobbies, but playing basketball is my favorite one. At weekends, we always build a team to play basketball against another one in our neighbourhood. The competitions brought us so much fun.

　　I think playing basketball is a good way to build up one's body and relax oneself. But I will always remember that it's unwise to spend too much time playing.

　　I enjoy singing very much. While singing, my heart as well as my body is joyful. When I'm happy, I often sing out to share my happiness with others. I also sing out to pour out my bad feelings when I'm upset.

　　I like pop music most, because I want to follow the trend. I prefer soft music to rock music. Since we may be very tired after a long day's work, we need a rest very much. Perhaps soft music is the best recreation for us. My favorite pop stars are JJ and Jay Chou. They always make a wonderful performance on the stage. Their songs are so charming. 　　Everyone has his hobby. My hobbies include swimming, composition, English and pipa, but I like swimming best.

　　Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. Summer vacation, I took part in the swimming class, under the guidance of the teacher, I took my swim ring, water through no longer afraid of choking water, then abandoned the swim ring, practice floating, after a hard practice, I set up the confidence, finally learned to floating. After a hard workout, I learned breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle and diving. Also, my swimming speed is the fastest in my class. Swimming is too easy for me.

　　One day, my mother and I came to jinmao international club together with my friends. We do warm-up exercise, went under the water, the water temperature is 28 degrees, but none is so high, I feel a little cold, but we still insist on swimming for three hours, it is because I often practise at home to enhance physical fitness, so would like this. Feeling a little tired, we played for a while...

　　一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運(yùn)動，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點(diǎn)都沒有那么高，我感到有點(diǎn)冷，但我們還是堅(jiān)持游了3個(gè)小時(shí)，這是因?yàn)槲医?jīng)常在家練習(xí)增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)，所以才會這樣。感覺有點(diǎn)累，我們又玩了一會……
