　　My Best Deskmate

　　I have had many deskmates since I began school. Among them, the best one was Jack, who was very kind, patient and helpful.

　　Jack was my deskmate two years ago, when we studied in Senior Grade One. I remember he looked after me very well when I fell ill. He took me to hospital to see a doctor. When we entered the high school, my English was very poor while he was very good at English. He helped me learn it every day. When I met any difficulty, he tried his best to help me overcome it. When I lost confidence, he would give me an encouragement in time. With his kind help, I made great progress in English.

　　I thank Jack very much. Although we are not in the same class now, we still keep in touch. So he is also one of my best friends.
