　　I had a happy weekend last week.

　　On Saturday morning, I watched TV and helped my mother wash clothes. In the afternoon, I cleaned three bedrooms in my house-- mine, my parents’ and my brother’s.

　　On Sunday, I played football in the park. Then I went to my grandparents’ house. Grandpa played the piano! The whole family was so happy. Later, we wanted to swim. But it was too cold.

　　This was last weekend.

It was also the fruit of the peasants' labour. “ No pains， no gains. ” What a magnificent/beautiful picture(it was)! It seemed as if we were wandering in a splendid/wonderful world.

　　開始時，我很緊張，不過還是克服了緊張，說了一句：“ Good morning!（早上好！）”客戶覺得挺有意思，就應了一聲，我突然想起他給我了幾個巧克力，很感激，說了一聲：“Thanks for your chocolate!（謝謝你的.巧克力！）”我又開始自我介紹：“My name is Mona.（因為我的英語名叫MONA）”同時他也說出了自己的名字。“Nice to meet you.”"Nice to meet you,too"“How are you?”“I'm fine.”我和他逐漸成為了好朋友，我也不害怕了。

　　講英語時，我再也不緊張了，我明白了，克服緊張和害怕的最好方式就是行動。
