What’s worse, when you try to write your homework, you just can’t feel your hands anymore because of the cold weather. 　　看到別的同學都在上英語班，我覺得我的英語也不能比別人差呀，于是我也報了英語班。

　　去年下半年，我報了一個英語班，就在師大清潔隊的小二層樓上，我上的是三年級班，我四年級的幾個朋友也在那上四年級班。上了一學期，覺得不過癮。

　　我這學期跟著好朋友，到他上的英語班去聽了一節課。這個英語班叫“加特英語”，去了才發現還有我的兩個好朋友也在那里上。老師也是位女老師。班里用的是《新概念英語》（青少版），老師完全用英語講課，還講音標。由于是插班，雖然有的聽不太懂，但才聽了一節課，我就喜歡上了這個英語班。

　　這個英語班課堂氣氛很活躍，很好玩，而且學音標能讓我們學起單詞的發音來更容易、更標準。現在我遇到不認識的單詞能大概拼著讀出來了呢！

　　課堂上還有小活動，不過每節課都不一樣，有時候是翻圖片得分，有時候是吹瓶子上的撲克，還有時候是白板上畫的.貓抓老鼠……總而言之，花樣層出不窮。

　　這個英語班每個班不超過十名學生，是因為有的同學不來了，我才插班進來，加上我才九名學生。每個星期上兩次課，周四17：00——18：30；周六18：30——20：30。課前課后還有一對一的檢查與輔導，沒課的日子還會有電話輔導。老師還會給我們發背書獎卡和紀律獎卡，獎卡可以換一些小獎品，如英語本、鉛芯等。

　　加特英語的目標是讓學生在聽、說、讀、寫、唱及情景故事的趣味課堂教學中做到學以致用，徹底告別啞巴英語，提高學生的綜合能力。

　　上了幾次課，爸爸說我的英語有了明顯的進步，我還要繼續努力喲，把他們以前學的我還要補上，爭取獲得更加優異的成績。
