　　我不明白，為什么英語會是和語文數學一樣重要的學科，學習語文可以提高分析，閱讀，寫作能力，可以讓我們在各種美好的，離奇的，勵志的`故事海洋里徜徉，學習數學可以提高我們的思維能力，解決生活中遇到的實際問題，就算學個歷史，也可以讓我們知道中國上下五千年的光輝事跡，學習地理也可以讓我們不出門便可領略祖國的大好河山......學習英語呢？我不反對，生活中我們確實會遇到一些英文說明書，標志什么的，但也不至于把英語上升到和語文數學一樣的高度。

　　為了英語能考出好成績，幾乎每個家長都使出渾身解數，把自己的孩子推到各種輔導班。浪費了大量的人力物力，還有時間。可這對邊遠山區的孩子公平嗎？外公所在的小學根本就沒有英語課，就是想上英語輔導班，也找不到地方。外公經常說：真不明白，為什么一個外國的語言卻決定著很多中國的孩子能不能上好大學，真是國家的可悲。是呀，農村的孩子到中學才開始上英語課，我們卻已經在輔導班把初中的英語課程學完了。農村的孩子出生便倒在了英語的起跑線上，可悲，可嘆。

　　我不反對學英語，英語也絕不應該和我們的語文數學同比，可以和歷史，地理這樣的小學科并列，這樣既可以把我們的傳統文化發揚光大，也給了山區，農村邊遠地區孩子一個和我們站在同一起跑線的機會。

　　妹妹幼兒園秋游，家長隨同。看著他們開心地出門，我也想去，沖到門口說：“媽媽，我也要去，可以嗎？”媽媽想了想，說：“好吧，但如果遇見英語老師，我可是會跟她說你在家的自主作業的完成情況的哦。”我心虛地應下，自我安慰地想：“沒事沒事，媽媽應該是嚇唬我的。”

　　我們到達集合地點，找到妹妹的班級。我偷偷地向四周瞄了一眼，果真發現了我們英語老師——王老師，她也陪同兒子秋游。我趕緊低下頭，心想：“完蛋了，這下慘了！”沒想到，王老師也看到了我，還向我走了過來。媽媽看到了就跟老師聊了起來，我聽到王老師說：“kassy在學校很自覺的……”

　　聽到老師表揚我了，我心里暗暗高興，沒想到又聽到媽媽說：“可是在家里一點都不自覺，寫作業都要叫了又叫。”我聽了既緊張又擔心，不知道老師心里會怎么想的。誰知，王老師并沒有批評我，只是溫柔地跟我說，“kassy很棒的'，在家里也要像在學校里一樣，家里的自主作業要按時完成，到時候也是會抽查的哦。”我聽了慚愧地低下了頭。

　　我下定決心，在家也要按時完成作業，不辜負老師的期望。
