　　那么還可能有人問我：“組長一到學校就要盯人寫作業、補作業、交作業，你難道不會覺得十分煩嗎？就算不覺得煩，那也總會有做的不好的時候吧，老在教室里悶著，就算用腳趾頭想一想都會煩呀。”

　　“所以說嘛，組長也是十分有用的哩，只要有一個組長做好應該做的，就可以幫班級整個集體分數上升幾分、十幾分，甚至幾十分！”
