　　ofcourse,i love junkfood too, but i try to eat it only once a week.oh,and isleep nine hours every night. so you see,i look after my health lifestyle helps me get good grades.

　　Now the 26th Centennial World Olympic Games are in full swing in Altanda. The Olympic flame is burning red and bright in the torch at the center of the Olympic square. Earlier before the official opening of the games it had been relayed one by one through the hands of runners, among them, students supported by the Chinese hope project. Thousands of people lined the struts to watch the relay.

　　The relay of the Olympic Flame is the symbol of the continuity between the ancient and modern Games. During the ancient Olympics a sacred flame burned at the altar of Zeus. A modern version of the flame was adopted for the Berlin Games in 1936, and the tradition has been observed ever since. The torch used to kindle the flame is first lit by the sun＇s rays at Olympia in Greece, and then carried to the site of the Games by relays of runners.Ships and planes are used when necessary.

　　The runners are specially chosen, All of them are hard working and as a result become overacbievers. The flame kindles the fire in everyone＇s heart to encourage people to go on and on and bring the Olympic spirit into full play.

　　As for children, maybe Fast Food is the in-thing among them. Eating a KFC will be pride in their young heart. They will share the experience of enjoying KFC or MacDonald to their best friends. Unforgettable delicious for children is as it should be.

　　As far as I am concerned, the collective canteen which should offer high quality food must be opened more by company. For children, parents ought to educate kids what is healthy food and what food shouldnt be eat more.

In my opinion, a mixed class is morepreferable to an exclusive one in terms of benefits of both foreign and Chinesestudents.

　　I have reason to support my view. Foreignstudents may find it very helpful to further improve their language skills in amixed class. Provided that their Chinese is competent enough to follow thelectures, a mixed class furnishes them with a golden opportunity to brush uptheir Chinese proficiency and understand Chinese people. Only in this way canthey get into closer contact with Chinese. Coming from afar, they are reluctantto be separated and treated as “ foreigners”. Hence to their benefits, weshould not set barriers for their deeper involvement. Only by mixing withChinese students can they gain a better knowledge of Chinese culture.

　　我有理由來支持我的`觀點，外國學生會發現在混合班能夠更進一步提高語言能力。假若他們的中文能力足夠應付聽課，那么混合班就給他們提供了一個絕好的機會去熟練地復習中文，還能夠了解中國人。只有用這種方法他們才能加緊與中國的聯系。從長遠來說，他們也不想有隔閡，被當做“外國人“。因此，為了他們的利益，為了他們更進一步的提高，我們應該消除障礙。只有在混合班他們才能更好地了解中國文化。

　　Taking into account of all these factors, wemay arrive at the conclusion that it is beneficial to adopt the practice of amixed class. A seemingly trivial event as it is in study, it may exert aprofound impact on both students’ individual life and cross-culturalcommunication.

Punctuality is an important constituent of good character.A person who is always on time for his appointments shows real consideration for others. A person who is always late shows selfishness and thoughtlessness, and he is not a person that most people want for a friend. A few minutes' delay may not be a serious matter, but it may have bad results. Getting up ten minutes later than usual may upset the plan of the day.Calling on a friend five minutes later than the appointed time may cause him some unexpected trouble. One delay after another makes a man unable to exert himself. It also proves himto be untrustworthy.

　　Since punctuality is a good habit and a nice virtue, we should pay much attention to it and make much effort to cultivate this good habit so that we may have a strong sense of punctuality and do whatever we are supposed to do on time.
