　　每天做完作業(yè)要睡覺的時候我總是先洗腳刷牙。然后進(jìn)行半小時的室內(nèi)鍛煉，因?yàn)檫@樣會讓我的'身體強(qiáng)壯些。鍛煉完后，我會很輕松地歪在床頭上看會兒書，接著便會很快進(jìn)入夢鄉(xiāng)。

　　Before Sleep

　　Every night when I finish doing my homework and it＇s time for sleep, I will always brush my teeth and wash my feet first. Then I will do some exercises for about half an hour. I think I can become stronger by doing this. After the exercises, I will lean at ease against the bed and read a little. Then I will fall asleep soon.
