Fake and poor quality commodities are a serious problem. Many things can be faked such as soybean sauce， vinegar， bicycles， and many other things. The interests of consumers are affected， and many enterprises keep losing money because of cheap fake commodities.
There are some reasons for such a phenomenon. The major one is the desire of some people to “make easy money”。 These people think nothing of the law of the protection of intellectual property rights.
To get rid of fake and poor quality commodities， the government should educate people to obey the law of the protection of individual intellectual property rights and not to sell any fake goods. The government should punish severely and close down all the factories producing fake goods.

人們常說(shuō)教無(wú)定法，但是教學(xué)還是應(yīng)該有一些有效的方法來(lái)支撐，來(lái)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生，是學(xué)生通過(guò)教師的指導(dǎo)，引導(dǎo)能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行完成學(xué)習(xí)。教無(wú)定法，但是也不能毫無(wú)章法，一定要有方法，用有效的方法指導(dǎo)我們的教學(xué)實(shí)踐。
從教四年多，對(duì)于英語(yǔ)作文教學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，一直都是自己的弱點(diǎn)，而且也沒(méi)有有效的方法來(lái)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行寫作，在教學(xué)中總感覺(jué)，不是學(xué)生不會(huì)寫作文，不是不會(huì)用英語(yǔ)來(lái)表達(dá)自己的作文句子，而是學(xué)生沒(méi)有思維，不能發(fā)散自己的思維，給出作文題目，在大腦里沒(méi)有想法，不知道寫什么，更不知道從何下手。而通過(guò)最近的學(xué)習(xí)，聽有經(jīng)驗(yàn)，經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教授和教學(xué)能手老師的講座，才知道自己的.作文教學(xué)中從在許多的弊端，不是學(xué)生不會(huì)發(fā)散思維，不是學(xué)生沒(méi)有想法，也不是學(xué)生不會(huì)寫作文，是我沒(méi)有設(shè)計(jì)好作文教學(xué)，沒(méi)有給學(xué)生提供思路，沒(méi)有給學(xué)生打開思路，沒(méi)有給學(xué)生提供發(fā)散思維的基礎(chǔ)，從而完成學(xué)生寫作沒(méi)思路，不知道寫什么。
這幾天的講座，有好幾位老師都提到了英語(yǔ)作文教學(xué)，而且講解了英語(yǔ)作文寫作的模式和方法，從而我明白了過(guò)程性寫作的重要性，學(xué)生作文的寫作必須在我們可以監(jiān)控的范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行，而且初中作文一般情況寫才用三段式的模式進(jìn)行寫作，而且最重要的是，讓學(xué)生寫作文，教師一定要設(shè)計(jì)好心淡學(xué)生，啟發(fā)學(xué)生寫作的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，從而為學(xué)生提供寫作思路，提供寫作方法，使學(xué)生會(huì)寫同類型作文。
因此，聽了這些老師的講座感覺(jué)自己真的是在作文教學(xué)中“教無(wú)定法”。同時(shí)感覺(jué)自己很幸運(yùn)有本次學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，聽到經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的老師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，學(xué)習(xí)借鑒他們的教學(xué)方法。我更希望自己能將這些方法運(yùn)用到自己的教學(xué)中，摸索出適合自己的教學(xué)方法，不斷提高自己的教學(xué)。
