　　今天是薈城第一小學302班競選班長的大日子。學校的相關領導特地請了薈城日報的記者全程采訪這件事。薈城第一小學引進國外先進的教育管理模式，與自身特點相結合，走出了一個具有中國特色的小學教育之路。每學期的班長競選就是其中一項。

　　大清早的競選班長的候選人已經到了，大包小包的'拎著東西。里面有糖，有果汁，有方便面，還有玩具，這些都是給自己的支持者準備的。當然不能缺少一份激昂的演講辭。比如，“如果我當上班長，我一定認真履行班長這個職位賦予我的權利和義務，我也希望各級班干部能夠統一在班委會的領導下，走富國強民之路。緊跟學校領導的大計方針，貫徹落實三個一切思想，即‘一切為了學生，為了學生的一切，為了一切的學生’，遵守小學生行為法則”班長競選的時候，記者們聽到這樣慷慨激昂的演講，自愧不如，想當年自己讀小學生三年級的時候大字不認識幾個，哪還有這邏輯。所以說時代在進步，孩子也提前熟了。

　　班長競選了花了一個上午時間，總的來說圓滿完成任務，雖然中途也出現了一些小的問題，但影響不了大局。第二日薈城第一小學又這么火了。
