　　there is a new market near my house. my mother often goes there and buys what we need for our meals.

　　but i had never been there before.yesterday i went to the market with my mother. there were so many people that we could hardly make our way out of the crowds. there were all kinds of vegetables, fish and fruit everywhere. people were talking about the goods and the prices. the sellers shouts could be heard every now and then.i remembered that the day before i had asked mother to buy some fresh fish.most of the fish there was frozen, but we had not much trouble in finding some fresh fish at the other part of the market.

　　my mother bought something else as well.it was my first time to go to the market, and i was deeply impre ed by what i saw in the market.

　　Recently I spent over three hours looking, reading and enjoying the exhibits at the National Palace Museum located in the suburbs.

　　Many local and foreign visitors go there daily to take pictures outside and spend endless hours inside. No cameras are allowed inside, but you can buy you can buy colored slides of the exhibits in the gift shop downstairs. There is a very large collection of beautiful jades. Also, there is an ancient bronze vessel exhibit. Some of the exhibits are changed regularly for special collections such as porcelain and silk paintings.

　　My attention was mainly in the room with the wall-size slide show describing some archeological discoveries from pre-history tine. Also, the oracle bones’ exhibit was very good; there seemed to be an endless amount of rare, beautiful, interesting, and fascinating things.

　　As far as we know,new blocks of flats are also taking the place of humble old houses in other cities.The changes of the housing conditions in our city as well as other cities are the result of the rapid development of our economics.

　　During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

　　But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 20xx year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

　　Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.
