In their eyes they should sacrifice their rest time in order to get high scores on tests. As a result they suffer greatly from poor health and some of them may do poorly in the examinations.

　　In conclusion, we should be aware that nothing is more valuable than health which is a foundation of one success. With a poor health one can hardly succeed in anything he does. Therefore a student we should have enough rest to ensure a healthy body to work and study.
