I am Ruby. I’m 13. Now let me tell you something about my weekend.
I often read books, do housework and play sports on the weekend. But last Sunday was my grandma’s birthday. So I bought presents for my grandma on Saturday morning. Then I went to the bookstore in the afternoon. I like reading story-books. I found them very interesting. So I bought some story-books and a notebook. Then I went home.
On Sunday morning I visited my grandparents with my parents. We went shopping together. In the afternoon we went fishing. We had a big dinner in the evening. After dinner, we watched TV together. We were very happy.
I am going to Dongguan next weekend. I think it is going to be busy. I hope everyone can enjoy their weekends.

How to improve psychological health?
As is known to all, psychological health is as important as, if not more important than, physical health for a student during his/her growth. However, it’s quite worrying that nowadays some students are not quite psychologically healthy.
Undoubtedly, schools and universities should take great account in the responsibilities of students’ psychological health. Relevant courses and activities should be introduced to students so that they would be more aware of the significance of psychological health and find appropriate ways to maintain and improve it. For example, there should be a psychological counseling hotline or office for students to turn to when they need some psychological aid.
Of course no psychological health can be obtained without the efforts from the students themselves. From my perspective, what they can do is trying to stay positive, optimistic and follow the right guidelines from their schools. To be more specific, they can participate in some activities such as voluntary work to cultivate an opening and caring mind. Meanwhile, harmful impacts from the cyber space should definitely be avoided.

One day on my way to school,I ran across a traffic accident,in which a girl was seriously injured by a motorcycle.I rushed to her rescue instinctively.I lifted her in my arms and hailed a taxi,which took us quickly to a nearby hospital.
After emergency treatment,the girl came to.I felt at ease when I knew that she had only suffered from minor bone fractures and would recover in a couple of weeks.I left the hospital without giving my name,but my heart was full of joy and peace.Not until then did I understand the meaning of the proverb:"Helping others is the source of happiness."This may be the most unforgettable experience of my life.

But when I raised my head, I found a face so beautiful and so sweet that I could not refuse to fall for. I smiled as handsome as possible and ask: “ I’m sorry, are you OK?” For my kindness, as well with my later hard chasing, that girl became my girl-friend. This is really a memorable experience for me!

說起我懂得了哪些，我能用英文而言：“I can spea English！（我能說英文了）。”可在我學習培訓的全過程之中，擁有 酸、甜、苦、辣這好多個短故事呢！
酸
我入門的情況下，只聽到老師用我聽不懂的英文來問好大家，我一下就暈頭暈腦了，但我只能跟隨老師，看見書，了解一個單詞算一個，再把一個一個語句了解，由于如果不那樣，就相當于浪費了那巨額的培訓費。聽著老師一個個單詞如流水般從口中滴下來：哪些“三克油（Thank you）”，哪些“哈羅單車（Hello）”，哪些“估的摸林（Goodmorning）”……搞得我頭暈腦脹，啼笑皆非。這“酸酸”的覺得可真難受呀！
甜
暑期我出入了英語音標班和單詞班，打好啦一定的基本，原本我要學好多個童話劇才可以進到鋼琴考級班，可是老師見我跟得快，應當能夠追上她們，因此 我也“跳級”了。聽見這一信息，我內心的哪個甜呀，比樂不可支還樂不可支！
苦
但是好景不常，由于我的膽量較小，因此 老師提出問題叫我回應時，我焦慮不安無比，答起來支支吾吾，眼巴巴令人看熱鬧，并且有幾日身體不適，課也沒聽進來，還被老師“K”了一頓——訓了一頓，之后老師了解真實情況了，就要我保重身體，快點兒好起來。落下來的課全是媽媽幫我補的.。這苦味道真是比不加糖的現磨咖啡還苦！
辣
歷經和老師學生們長期交往，我逐漸融入了這兒的生活，回應干干脆脆，提出問題急急忙忙，伸手積極主動，每一次打游戲都把臉蛋玩得紅通通，也受老師“寵溺”，全部一個“辣妹子”。
如今，歷經很多挫敗，我已明白了許多的英語專業知識，學會了很多單詞的應用，這可和我平時的勤奮脫不開關聯呀。這可真應了一句話：“沒經一番徹骨寒，怎得桂花香氣撲鼻香。”
