　　I felt very bad early today because everything went wrong.In the morning my alarm clock didn't work and I didn't went school on time.In the kichen my mum was angry and hooling at me.She thought I went to bed too late last night.On the way to school it started to rain and I forgot to bring my umbrella.What bad luck!

　　Then in the classroom I found that I brought a wrong test book and no pen.When I was eating my lunch I found the rice taste sour and there was a worm in my apple.In the afternoon my stomach felt strange.It must be the sour rice.How could this be!

　　Finally when I got home everything became much better.My stomach was fine and my mother prepared a delicious dinner for me.After dinner I had a nice hot bath.Right now I felt great.I hope everything can be fine tomorrow.

　　Jiaozi is my favourite food. Since childhood I haw learned how to make it. There are five steps.

　　First you make the dough by mixing water into the flour. The container shculd be big enough lest the flour and water will overflow. Press the dough with your hands till it is not sticky. When the dough is ready, leave it there for use later, then go on to make the fillings.

　　The second step is to mince the meat, mushrooms and shnmps till they are mixed in a paste. Add some spice such as ginger and onion and stir them evenly.

　　The third step is to make the wrappings. Roll the dough with a round stick into small round pieces of wrappings, each two inches in diameter.

　　The fourth step is to put the filling in the middle of a wrapping. Then press the wrapping tight and a jiaozi is ready. When you have made enough Jiaozi, the next step is to boil them.

　　That is the last step. Put a pot of water on the stove. When the water is boiling, put the Jiaozi one by one into the water and cover the pot. When steam comes out, add more cold water and when it boils again add cold water a second time. When you see the Jiaozi floating in boiling water, you can put them in bowls or plates, get the chopsticks and be ready to eat.

　　餃子是我喜歡的食物。從童年起我就學會了包餃子，共有5個步驟。

　　第1步，先用水和面，和面盆要大些，以免水和面溢出。用手揉面團，直到不粘手為止。和好面以后，將做餃餡。

　　第2步，剁肉餡，將蘑菇和蝦米攪拌成糊狀，放入調味品如姜、蔥，并把餡攪勻。

　　第3步，做餃皮。用搟面杖搟出一張張直徑為兩英寸的圓餃皮。

　　第4步，把餡放入餃皮中，捏緊餃皮，一個餃子就做成了。餃子包夠了，下一步就是煮餃子。

　　煮餃子是最后的.一步，鍋中放上水，擱在爐灶上燒，水開時，一個一個地把餃子放入開水中，蓋上鍋蓋。水冒氣時，要加些冷水;水開時，再加第2次冷水。當餃子漂浮上來時，盛入碗中，準備好碗筷，即可食用。

　　星期六上午，岳銘揚邀請馮宇川、羅勝吉、吳士瀟、王子晗、我參加他的生日聚會，我們約定在早上八點半在大地加油站集合。

　　一大早，我吃完飯，與媽媽下樓拿上籃球與生日禮物去了我們約定的地點，在車上，我期盼著與同學見面。不一會兒，媽媽開車就到了大地加油站，嗯？怎么一個人也沒有，我有些奇怪，我向四周望去，只見一輛桑塔納20xx里坐著我的同學——王子晗，我著急地下車與他見面，說話的`工夫，只見馮宇川騎著自行車來了，我欣喜若狂，之后，我去了車上拿好禮物和籃球，與媽媽說了再見，

　　和同學一起去了岳銘揚家，在半路上，我碰上了岳銘揚與吳士瀟，他倆騎著自行車去找羅勝吉了

　　我們到了岳銘揚家，先看了看送給岳銘揚的禮物，然后我們又去他的臥室，打開電腦玩兒了會兒，我們又一人吃了一個橘子和一塊口香糖。岳銘揚的媽媽回來了，我們又去打了籃球，我與岳銘揚和羅勝吉一伙VS吳士瀟、王子晗、馮宇川，結果我們戰勝了他們，最終比分是5比2，大家打完籃球都渴了，所以我們又回到了岳銘揚的家。

　　我們要打撲克，然后阿姨又給了我們四副撲克，打保皇，保皇是五個人打，所以要去一個人，最后決定羅勝吉不打，打了幾把撲克，又看了會兒電視，飯也好了，我們吃了香噴噴的飯菜，分別有：涼拌豆腐皮、京醬肉絲、炒土豆絲、拔絲地瓜、炸肉、牛肉、西紅柿炒雞蛋

　　下午，我們吃了蛋糕，蛋糕是王子晗送的，是十六寸的，上面有草莓、黃桃、菠蘿、椰果。我們又去了體育場打了會兒籃球，然后我們又在小池塘砸了冰。

　　好時光總是會匆匆流走，下午三點十五我還要去張店學英語，不一會兒爸爸媽媽就來接我們了。
