　　今天，我們外國語學校舉辦了一年一度的活動——英語節。

　　說起英語，這可是我們學校的特色，在新密占有霸主的地位，是無人能夠媲美的，所以，校長每年都為我們舉辦英語節。這不，激動人心的時刻即將到來，現是二年級小朋友們的節目，他們那優美的舞姿，稚嫩的歌喉，使我仿佛又回到了幾年前。不知不覺中，表演就結束了，小朋友們的表演博得了我們的陣陣掌聲，接著是一年級小朋友帶來的表演，他們手中貼著紅紙，在動聽的旋律下，那紅紙片就像隨風搖曳的紅花，在陽光下，自由的擺動。樣子優美極了，贏得了大家的'喝彩。接著是就是四年級，他們的舞蹈也很棒，還繼承著英語歌的傳統舞蹈，所以也很受歡迎。五年級的學生也不甘示弱，那叫一個賞心悅目，手中的樂器伴著音樂成了好聽的節奏，傳入我們的耳邊，再加上那整齊的舞姿，是我們更加的佩服這群“花骨朵兒”了，接著就是壓軸大戲的其中一個：杰克·邁克的《Beatit》那叫一個酷啊！瀟灑的轉身，酷酷的甩頭，帥氣的踢腿，真讓人眼紅啊！

　　If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours.Sleep very late is bad for health,so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .

　　Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday.Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd.There is a saying:an apple a day keeps a doctor away,so it's good to have some fruits every day.Also,we need to drink enough water.

　　To sum up,we should keep a healthy life style.I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

　　what were worse there were even more people!in my opinion it was not very interesting to come out at this day!nest time i prefer to stay at home and study!
