　　I love my hometown. all the more i love its people. they are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

　　英語課時，我們學(xué)了人體五官，吳老師突發(fā)奇想――讓我們畫五官。

　　吳老師拿著紙走進(jìn)教室，嘴角微微一笑，說：“把這……”還沒說完，小組長已經(jīng)開始發(fā)了。同學(xué)們拿到紙，吳老師見我們一臉茫然，便興致勃勃地說：“你們要在它們的臉上畫五官，可以任意發(fā)揮!”

　　“噢!知道了!”我拿著筆就刷刷畫過去了，一抬頭，見許多人沒畫好，又給小女孩添上彎彎的眉毛、彎彎的嘴角，形成一個笑臉，然后又畫了兩個馬尾辮……我再次抬起頭時，組長開始收畫紙了。

　　接著，吳老師開始展示我們的作品，真是千奇百怪：有的是憨厚可愛的小豬，有的是美如神仙的小姑娘，還有的是尾巴長長可愛的猴子……“哈哈!哈哈!”所有同學(xué)哄堂大笑。原來是有一位同學(xué)把小水滴的頭上畫了小辮子，眼睛睜一只閉一只，鼻子長長的，尖尖的，像一把小刀，嘴巴張的老大了，都可以塞下一個西瓜了!口水垂涎三尺的`滑稽樣子讓我們?nèi)滩蛔」笮ζ饋怼抢蠋熞残Φ煤喜粩n嘴，連在旁邊批作業(yè)的田老師也笑成了一朵花。我后面的同學(xué)徐陽自豪地宣布：“這是我畫的!”

　　這次作業(yè)實(shí)在是太有趣了，原來做作業(yè)也是有創(chuàng)意的。真希望多一點(diǎn)這樣的作業(yè)。

　　這個暑假我跟著爸爸去了不少地方，讓我感受最深的不是美景，而是不會說英語的遺憾。

　　七月份的時候，我跟著爸爸去了北京玩，我們一起看了故宮，還有天安門，非常開心，這時我看見一個外國友人走到我們面前，說了好幾句英語，我一臉迷惑的看著他，不知道他要表達(dá)什么，他看我聽不懂，又轉(zhuǎn)身找了一個，原來他是要找人幫忙照相啊。

　　雖然這只是一個小小的插曲，但是我卻在隨后的'日子里碰到了好幾個外國友人，可憐我不會英語，那時我就下定決心，好好學(xué)英語。

　　回到家后，我買了一本簡單的問候語，還有日常用語，開始學(xué)了起來，雖然過程是麻煩的，但是我還是堅(jiān)持了下來，我又買了一本單詞本，每天都背上幾個，慢慢的我感覺自己的英語水平提高了。

　　八月份的時候，我跟著爸爸去了天津，當(dāng)然我還是碰到了幾個外國友人，這次我主動打了招呼，聊的很開心，外國友人直對我豎大拇指，我開心極了。
