　　又回到了七年級的舞臺，從九年級退下來回到七年級，最初感覺特別的輕松，因為七年級的英語教學對于我來說真的是很輕松，不用再像九年級那樣去做每個題目，不用每堂課都上的那么緊張，那么累，也可以上新課時偶爾玩玩小游戲了...總之，最初聽到教七年級時是很輕松的。然而，事實并不是像我想的那么的簡單。

　　進入七年級的教室，看到了既熟悉又陌生的面孔，熟悉的是有十幾個學生是以前教過的，陌生的是那些曾在羅山上五年級過來的學生。就這樣，我開始了這一學期的英語教學工作。最初，班上的每個學生還是挺配合工作的，每天認真完成作業(yè)，認真背書，接著第一次考試來了，考完后的結果還是讓我挺滿意的。我也發(fā)現(xiàn)了班上的一些英語尖子生，在后來的教學中，我盡力把自己能傳授的`東西講給他們，但慢慢的我就發(fā)現(xiàn)班上的一些問題，那幾個以前不做作業(yè)的同學也終于憋不住了，終于不完成作業(yè)了，還有就是劉xx、劉xx等同學在課堂上也越來越喜歡說話，做小動作了，對于這樣的情況，最初我能做的就是勸解他們，但一次，兩次有效，后來就沒那么有作用了...但總體來說班上的小伙伴們表現(xiàn)還是不錯的，每一次的考試也沒讓我失望，緊接著其中考試來了，課考出的成績卻比平時的差遠了，這就讓我反思這其中怎么了，為什么會這樣？后來在這后半個學期，我每堂課依舊認真的上著，每個單元的新課上完就及時講解練習冊中的習題，緊接著就進行單元測試，講解試卷。每一個單元都這樣有條不紊的進行著，把新課結束了就每個單元印一張試卷來進行期末復習，然后進行專題復習，最后進行期末測試，就這樣結束了七年級上學期的英語教學工作。但不知這樣的步驟，能不能讓學生們?nèi)〉昧钊藵M意的成績呢？
