As the proverb goes， “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.” From this， we know that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit？ Many people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I concern， I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.
First of all， doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more， the air in the morning is really fresh and clean， so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise， I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night， I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second， doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to give up， but my friends encourage me to carry on， then I feel a lot of satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s my personal experience.
As a student， sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport and do it every day. Only in this way， you can have both pleasure and a healthy body.

In my opinion, two-child policy should be carried out.
First of all, two-child policy is the gift for some only child. For some families, maybe the parents are only child and they also can have only child. Put aside the loneliness of their child, when their child grows up and they grow older, their child marry with an only child girl。
accidentally, the burden on their child and his wife is unimaginable heavy. Their child and his wife have to take care of two old couples. Usually, a young couple looking after an old couple is a little difficu< if the pressure increasing twice, how can they stand it. But if their parents have two children, they can share the burden of taking care of their parents. It would be much better.
Secondly, two-child policy can guarantee the number of Chinese population. As the widely spread of one-child policy, some people have changed their conception about giving birth. If they firmly believe one-child policy, there will be more and more the dink. After several decades, our country will famous for lack of population.
In conclusion, one-child policy has out of date. And tow-child policy is needed and necessary. It can solve the problem of nowadays and the future.

My favourite festival is Spring Festival. It’s in January or February. People in China celebrate it, and there are many things to do. We often celebrate Spring Festival by having a big dinner, visiting relatives and friends, getting some red packets and letting off fireworks. We often have a big dinner from the first day of Spring Festival to the last day. We often go to our relatives' home and have a big dinner and also we have a big dinner at home. We often have many things to talk and we are very happy. After dinner, we watch the TV programs of CCTV. There are many plays, and we often laugh at them. At midnight, we don’t go to bed but wait for the new day. We always let off fireworks. It’s very exciting and interesting! In Spring Festival, we always visit our relatives and friends too. We go shopping with them, and children are very excited to visit their relatives because they can get some red packets from their relatives. There is some money in it and children can use it to buy toys, books or some snacks.
