　　China has many traditional festivals among the year。 But I like Mid-Autumn Festival the most。 It means harvest， because it is celebrated in the harvest season。 And it is the time for famers to express their thanks for harvest。 In addtion， it’s the day for reunion。 Some people call it Tuanyuanjie。 The people work or study far away from home will e back to get-together with their families。 They will eat a big meal and mooncake at that time。 I hate parting but love reunion。 So Mid-Autumn Day is my favorite festival。

　　Today we visited a farm。 Early in the morning， we met at the school gate and went there together The farm workers gave us a warm wele。 Then the head of the farm showed us around。

　　How glad we were to see the crops and vegetables growing well。 At noon we had a picnic lunch in the sunshine。 After a ten minutes' break， we had great fun singing and dancing， telling jokes(笑話) or stories。 Two of us even played a game of chess。 The time passed quickly。 Before we knew it，we had to say goodbye to the workers。

　　I spent this holiday very quick， on the 1st May， we went to the Zoo， there were crowded there， so many travelers ing from all over the country to have some fun during the holidays。On 2nd May， I visited my relatives with my parents， we had a GREat lunch together， the resturant were crowded as well。On 3rd May， we went to shopping in the mall， after the shopping we went to watch a new movie。 All the other days leftI didn't go anywhere， no only becasue I still have some homework，but also there were almost all crowded in everywhere!

　　In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on me.

　　I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom, having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority, I performed a peacock dance, which received warm applause. After the two-hour party, we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the moon because it is a tradition on Mid-autumn Day. We ate moon cakes, played cards, and listened to romantic poems recited by one of our classmates. In that harmonious atmosphere, nobody felt lonely or homesick even though we were far away from our homes．
