　　目前筆者所在地區采用的是新編北師大版高中英語教材。這套教材一大優點在于其語言材料的組織都是圍繞某個主題展開的。每單元有一個主題，下面每一課都有自己的話題，對于這些話題學生都較感興趣，有話可說。這樣的教材編排特點適合開展主題寫作活動。每個單元的前三課或四課是單元話題下的基本詞匯、短語、句型和語法項目的學習，Communication Workshop是對單元知識的擴展和綜合運用，通常有基于單元話題的寫作指導及任務。學生獲得的單元基礎語言知識以及他們運用語言知識的準確和熟練程度，完全可以通過話題寫作活動來檢驗和強化，而且主題寫作活動可以體現語言學習的價值和意義。

　　（二）主題寫作教學實例

　　下面結合新編北師大版高中英語教材第7模塊，第21單元的主題寫作教學案例進行探析。
