　　The bird and cat

　　once upon a time. there was a house. beside the house there was a bird cage. one day a cat went to eat the bird, so the cat jumped and hit the bird cage. the bird cage fell down to the ground knocking the bird cages door open. the bird then flew away. so the cat started to chase the bird and the dog chased the cat. however the bird flew on top of the tree. so the cat started to climb the tree and the dog barked at the cat. before the cat could reach the bird, the bird flew away. this caused the cat to fall out of the tree. the dog then ran away, the bird quickly flew back into his cage and the man from the house carried him safely home.

　　在東方城的英語班，老師的要求非常的嚴格，要我們默單詞，背課文。一開始，我非常的不適應，經常被老師留下來，背書背不出來，經常像擠牙膏一樣，老師提醒一句，我背一句。默寫也會錯很多，在默寫的時候，我不會，好多都空著，而且左看看右看看，希望抄到一些答案，結果要重新默寫。爸爸媽媽也很擔憂我的現狀，于是，他們教給我了一種學習方法，讓我每一天早上一起來，就打開復讀機聽英語，之后我發現，聽著聽著，我就把一課背了下來，現在，不僅我會背老師教過的一課，而且還會背誦老師還沒有交的`課文呢！這樣，我就良性循環，越來越好了。在星期六的時候，老媽會對我的單詞進行檢查，把不會背的單詞用紅筆圈出來，一直反復檢查，直到我會了為止，這樣，我在上英語班時再也沒有抄過別人的答案，而且正確率明顯提高了。上英語班時，有一些不會背書的同學拿著書在拼命的記憶，可是最終的結果還是不會背而像我這樣會背的，則拿著書在那兒無所事事，直到老師叫我背為止。

　　這雖然引起了“公憤”，但我也體會到了老師的不易。

　　因為我們班只有星期一有音樂課，而音樂課下面就是英語課，所以英語老師要連上兩節課。這一學期過后，老師的臉色更加蒼白。因為，英語不像語文、數學那樣做題目，而是一大段一大段的朗誦課文。有一次，上英語課“大家一定要記住‘It is’的縮寫是It’s，這次大考肯定會考。”老師用沙啞的聲音說道。這時，我看見英語老師的眼神中帶點疲倦，經打聽，才知道原來英語老師家中出事，為了讓我們期末能考一個好分數，還是不辭辛勞的趕來給我們上課。聽到這些，我的眼中有了些許濕潤，這就是老師的愛。一下課，老師就回了辦公室，我以為她會靠著椅子休息一下，結果是給我們改作業。她的臉上寫滿了疲憊，但還是堅持給我們改，此時，她的手已無力的搭在桌子上。

　　“這節課給我了吧？”這句話讓我懂得了老師對我們的關心，對我們的愛。
