I have two sisters, the oldest one was married a year ago. Now my sister is pregnant and I can’t wait to see her baby. I feel so excited about the coming baby, I will be her aunt, which means I grow up. When the child is born, I will take care of her, I want to set an example to her. I am the smallest one in my family, I get used to being taken by others. Now I can be the big sister and I will learn how to be a good sister. I will grow up with my sister’s baby, maybe we can be the good friends.

這周的星期三，在這個陰云密布的早晨，進行了讓人緊張而又難忘的英語期中考試。
早讀課時，我認真地閱讀著英語書，生怕漏掉了什么，使得沒能考到好成績，不過，當時并不是很緊張。就在這時，我聽到了讓老師領卷子的廣播，心里默默地想：放松，放松，我可以考好的，為什么要緊張呢？雖然，我竭力地安慰著自己，可是緊張的感覺，卻油然而生。突然，四（3）班的老師走了進來，原來，她就是我們這次的監考老師。開始放聽力的錄音了，聲音震耳欲聾，有一道題目沒能聽清，結果就蒙了一個答案，心里暗暗地想：慘了，這個題目沒聽清，如果蒙的答案是錯的，豈不是要拖累自己了？后面的筆試部分我覺得很簡單，于是就沒有認真檢查。
第二天，報成績時，我的心“撲通撲通”地跳著，腦神經簡直繃到了極點。雖然得到了一個不錯的'成績：98。5，但是那依然不是我心目中理想的成績。果然，我沒聽清楚的那道聽力題不出所料錯了和一個單詞少了復數形式的“S”。頓生悔意，如果我當時檢查一遍或許就只會錯一道題了。
這次考試，因為我粗心和對題目的輕視而犯下的錯誤，銘刻在我的腦海里，從今以后我不能再讓自己重蹈覆轍，要認認真真地做好每一件事。

Loose,wavy brown hair hung down to her waist at the back--she had a fringe over her forehead that almost hid her pale eyes.The nose--not her best feature--was long but not ugly.She had a regular set of white teeth and was full-lipped.
Her round face often looked rather sallow in complexion;she wasn't very tall or slim,and she walked with slightly-rounded shoulders.When I knew her,she must have been in her early thirties,about thirty-fifth even-and she even had one or two tell-tale wrinkles round the mouth.

我們班的人差不多都到了的時候，老師說：“今天你們這節課自由活動，如果要去教室外面玩的話經過我的同意也可出去。”同學們歡呼了一聲：“太棒了！”大家都離開了自己的位子，跑到了朋友的`身邊，開始玩。其中速度最快的是愛打籃球的人，他們迅速地跑到講臺桌前，問老師：“我們能打籃球嗎？”老師說了一句：“可以。”他們就沖出了教室，往操場跑去。第二快的是玩“三國殺”的人，其中帶牌的人把盒子從書包里拿出來，打開盒子，把牌在桌子上放好，立即引來了一群人，就像蜂蜜引來了一群“蜜蜂”。
而我不急，慢慢地走向棋柜，拿出中國象棋，找幾個朋友和我一起玩。我幾乎每一次都能下贏對手。令我驚訝的是，有一個同學居然玩上了手機！教室里非常熱鬧，每一個角落都有說話聲。在操場上打球的人，也發出了很響很響的聲音，有些聲音連我們也聽得到。后來我們班炫耀這件事被別的班聽到了，他們都說：“你們好爽啊！”
第二天，英語老師來了，一打聽才知道昨天她去開會了，語文、數學老師也有事，就讓那位老師來代課。
