　　英語測試對于提高教學質量起著有效的促進作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調動學生的學習積極性，使學生在今后的測試中不斷發揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況

　　高質量的試卷評講會讓師生受益匪淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結教學經驗，分析學生學習情況以改進教學，提高教學效率和教學效果。有效的評講，能讓學生找到自己的不足和改進學習的方法。

　　有效地評講英語試卷應該堅持三個原則：

　　一、評講的內容和細節必須由學生實情決定。學生才是課堂的主體，教師只是引導者。學生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞，學生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什么和怎樣講必須根據學生的情況和特點來進行。對于學生普遍存在的難點，應該仔細分析，詳細評講。對于個別學生存在的難題，可以個別輔導，個別評講。

　　二、評講必須結合試卷特點。盡管都是英語測試，但不同階段，不同時間的測試試卷是有其自身的特點的。教師應該在認真分析和研究試卷的基礎上評講試卷，切不可千篇一律的對待各種英語試卷。試卷的評講步驟和時間長度都要根據試題的難度來定，當然必須結合學生實際。對于不同類別的試卷應該有不同的評講方式，對于試卷中的不同題型也應該用不同的方法。

　　第一、認真了解和初步分析試卷。在評講前，教師有必要用自己教給學生的方法親自把試卷做一遍，以便確定試題的檢測范圍和感受試題的難度。在做題的過程中可以預測學生的難點，也可以根據學生所學內容，看看哪些題目超出了學生的學習范圍。當然，也可以檢閱試卷的不足，以便今后選擇并合理利用英語試卷。

　　第二、認真統計學生成績。在批閱完學生試卷后，認真統計學生的成績是很有必要的。統計的項目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在統計出平均成績后，可以參照其他班的'情況分析，確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低，就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高，那該班的整體情況就較好。另外，還要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之間的差距。差距越大，兩級分化就越嚴重，教學的難度就越大。在排列學生成績時，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中間位置考生的分數，并把該成績列為全班成績的中位數。在評講試題時，要特別注意中位段的學生的反映和效果。

　　第三、根據學生的成績和分析情況，再次分析試卷，并做好學生的錯誤統計。在分析學生成績后，及時的看學生答題的錯誤率，從中找出學生的典型錯題。錯誤率較高的題目，就是要評講的重點部位。這部分題目，既是學生應該關注的，也是教師應該詳細評講的。在統計錯誤率后，教師應該耐心的查閱典型錯題，分析學生答錯的原因，反思自己教學上的不足。對于，教師很難作分析的題目，要及時與學生進行交流，然后再確定學生做錯的根源。第四、認真耐心的評講試卷。在試卷發給學生之后，教師可以安排學生自主討論和簡單分析自己的試卷。教師最好要提示學生如何討論和分析。例如，要求學生發現自己的錯題，并盡力分析出錯題的知識類別：是賓語從句還是動詞不定式，還是動名詞或是其他的。
