在小學階段，教英語作文是一件很令人頭疼的事。學生們單詞量少，語法知識貧乏，硬讓學生強寫，是錯誤百出，甚至還有很多的中式英語，鬧出不少笑話。我分以下四個步驟來教作文，目前感覺效果不錯。
第一、仿寫句子。就是將句子中的關鍵詞用其它同類的單詞來代替。
第二、翻譯句子。將中文句子翻譯成相對應的英文句子。這是用來鍛煉學生的表達能力的。
第三、仿寫課文。這里的課文包括簡單的'對話、段落和短文。這實際也是仿寫句子的一種延伸。也是替換課文中的關鍵詞，讓它再另外自成一篇。我現在教的一些中等水平的學生都基本能很好地仿寫課文，有時還能有讓人驚喜的創新。
最后，讓能力較好的學生試著寫命題作文。
在教英語作文時，切忌急于求成，要由簡到難，循序漸進，一步一步地走。如果，一上手就讓學生寫命題作文，他們就會望而生畏，卻步不前，不知道從哪里下手。

其實我也知道，如果想要好好的學英語的話，就不需要每天堅持記單詞，每天堅持聽聽力，也許這些對于我們來說本身就是一個日積月累的過程，因為學英語也是在學一門語言。
我想如果要我回憶起當年是怎么從小時候開始，一個字一個字地學漢語的時候，那個時候我覺得都已經變成份上遙遠的回憶了，甚至都好像是上輩子的`事情。
可是我依稀也記得當年在說普通話的時候，也是費了好大的勁才能夠真的學會，然后在讀課文的時候需要很長的時間，才漸漸的接受了這樣的一種行為模式。
所以我想真的要學好英語的話，就要不斷的去繼續別人的經驗和教學，去學習別人的成功經驗，就在這樣的都挺能裝，總結出適合自己的學習方法，在這個過程當中，也許所有的問題都顯得非常刻骨銘心，但是又有些艱苦和勞累，我們必須要吃這個苦，才能夠真的得到相應的回報，因為什么事情都不是那么簡單的。
我想以后學英語，我們就要堅定這樣一個信念，才能夠在這條路上越走越遠。
