Firstly, as we all know, business is a very challenging field with risks and competition while teaching is a stable profession with little risks. It is reasonable that you can get higher payment in the business field than in the teaching field. So many students tend to apply for a job with high payment in a short time after graduation.
Secondly, compared with teaching in school, doing business means a process of starting a career, so it is more exciting and challenging. However, good administrators know that student evaluations need to be reviewed with a keen eye for prejudice and adolescent attitudes. After all, and evaluation is a good way for students to get back at teachers who expect more of them than they want to give.
Evaluating teachers is also a good exercise for the students. They have to organize their thoughts about what they think of their teachers. In that way, they pinpoint for themselves what they expect of those teachers. They begin to understand what they value in a teacher and what is phony or useless. Evaluating their teachers is also a way for students to think about how they would evaluate themselves. Are they working as hard as they should in class? Chen玩叉子或其它游戲時,你得注意,她隨時會說:“剛剛讀的遍數乘三、減六、加二,預備!齊!”使你不得不頭腦變通,如果多念就會扣分。Miss. Chen還玩蛀牙、釣魚、壓分、炸彈,都是訓練我們發音是否熟練。另外,還讓我們做課堂筆記,作業一般很少。

黃老師他對付我們還真有那么一手的。剛調來的第一天就對我們說:“你們的升學成績可都是捏在我手里,你們哪個上課認真又很聽話的,考了B我也給他A,哪個老讓我生氣的上課又不認真的,就算考了A也讓你降到C。”這招果然管用,同學們上課都認真多了。有些英語成績不是很好的同學一逮到機會就拍黃老師的馬屁。一下課就跟著他,為黃老師端茶遞水,還搶著幫黃老師拿包,拍馬屁說好話比喝水還快。“黃老師,你讓我這次考試得A,我請你吃飯。”“黃老師,你好酷啊!我真的好崇拜你啊!”“黃老師,我送你NBA的球鞋,你幫我加幾分,好不!”
不過也有同學和黃老師對著干。那天,黃老師在講臺上講課,有個男同學在座位上正眉飛色舞地跟同桌講“夢幻西游”網絡游戲,正巧被神通廣大的黃老師發現了,黃老師二話不說,隨手把他那裝滿水的`水壺朝那男同學扔了過去,“正中目標”,水壺正好打在那個男同學的頭上,痛得他哇哇叫。“好事不出門,壞事傳千里”不一會,這件事很快就在學校里傳開了,黃老師暴力對付學生的事情讓我們害怕了好一陣子。
很快又發生了一件事--“脫鞋熏學生”。那天,我們班的同學都很興奮,班級里亂成一團,很吵。黃老師來了好一會兒,班級里還是安靜不下來。黃老師課也不上了,端張椅子在講臺旁坐下來,拿出NBA的周刊看了起來。過了一會兒,黃老師和一個男同學起了爭執,黃老師就罵了他幾句。后來,我也不知道什么原因,黃老師竟然坐在椅子上把一只腳上的鞋子給脫了,把那只鞋子放在了講臺上,一個字“臭”,同學們都快被熏暈了,后來聽說是那個男同學在下面說黃老師的壞話,把黃老師惹急了,所以黃老師才發火脫鞋子的。看來我們今后上課還是認真點好,不然我們可憐的鼻子又要遭殃了。不過從那以后,再也沒有人敢去惹黃老師了。
黃老師,您的這樣的行給了我們好大的“壓力”,真希望您今后不要再出現類似行為了,您這樣做可不是一個好老師啊!

在七中時,我有很多老師,他們都一樣的愛崗敬業,和藹可親,對一些拔尖的學生鼓勵著,對一些中等生關心著,到了滿懷果實的季節,他們只有欣慰的一笑。在七中一位老師就對我非常的關心,她是我的'英語老師——Misszhang。
由于我的英語不怎么好,基礎差,但是我想學,老師看在眼里,當然,就對我很關心,給我搜很多的資料,然而我卻沒有好好的學,慢慢的我甚至厭倦了英語,所以英語成績也就一落千丈,老師不止一次的幫助我,這些我都視而不見,認為我是她的學生,這是她應該做的,而我仍然的繼續墮落下去,慢慢的:90,80,70,60,50,到了最后的44分,當我要轉回河南的時候我懂得了miss張的失望與不甘,但是我知道,老師并沒有對我絕望,老師永遠把我當做他的徒弟。
當我猛然間失去了好多,失去了同學,友誼,老師,我感覺好無助,但是的是一股不甘的勁,因為我是張老師的徒弟,我不想讓她一提起我來就是一種很失望的眼神,我想讓她一提起我就覺得驕傲,因為一次離開,因為一次轉學,猛然間我好像明白了許多。
心里一直有一個人在嘲笑我,你不配做misszhang的徒弟,你不覺得很丟人嗎?然而我就開始慢慢的去接受英語了,一點一點的拿回屬于我的輝煌。
直到現在,我可以昂首挺胸的站在每一個人都面前,可以大聲的對世界上的對每一個人說:“我是miss張的學生。”因為我一點也不覺得我不夠資格。
